What Scratch β Planner
Click a dealer to reassign it and set its work day. Use the Work day filter to see a single day's routes; combine it with a tech (click a tech card or legend) to see, say, just Erminio's Tuesday run. Save up to 5 scenarios below to compare later. This is a sandbox β nothing here touches your real records.

π Projected new dealers
Add dealers you plan to open to see how they change each tech's numbers, the routes, and the network total. Set the volume, pick who'd cover it, then click the map to drop the pin. These are hypothetical β they're tagged separately and never mixed into your real records.
⟳ Mobile Tech RX data β live invoices & backfill import
Backfill: in Mobile Tech RX export your invoices to CSV (any export with client, date and total columns works), open the file in a text editor, and paste its contents here. Once the Zapier connection is on, new invoices arrive by themselves and this box is only needed for history.
Click a dealer on the map to reassign it.
Assigned dealers β quick assign
Unassigned dealers
Dot size = monthly production; isolate a tech to see numbered stop order. Water and state lines are simplified for orientation, not survey-accurate. Distances are road estimates (straight-line Γ1.3 at ~32 mph) along a nearest-neighbor path through each tech's assigned dealers β a planning guide, not turn-by-turn. Production = avg/month over the 12 months Jun 2025βMay 2026, counting only months a dealer had sales (months with $0 are excluded so pre-onboarding gaps don't drag the average down).
Time off, coverage, and the working calendar live here. Coverage only lands on days the dealership’s manager — the one who gives us the work — is present; set each manager’s days at the bottom of this page.
🏖 Time off & coverage
Enter a vacation or sick day and the app finds every dealer that tech is scheduled to visit, biggest accounts first, and suggests who should cover each one — preferring whoever has the lightest load that day, with the smallest route detour breaking ties. Visits can only land on days the dealership’s manager is present (set below the calendar). Dealers under the skip threshold default to skipping the week. Tap a chip to override who covers it, or use the day picker to move the visit to a different day that week — including back to the tech themselves once they return. Picks are saved. Plans use the routes and work days as currently set (load “Current Routes by Day” first if you've been experimenting) and ignore ◇ projected dealers.
Skip threshold: dealers under $ /mo default to “skip the week” (you can still assign them).
📅 Schedule calendar
The week shows every visit, colored by who’s driving it that day. Amber cards are coverage created by an absence: drag a card to another day to move the visit, or drag a tech from the tray onto a card to change who covers it. Drops are blocked on days the dealership’s manager isn’t in. Regular visits aren’t draggable here — permanent route changes live on the Territory page. Month view is the read-only big picture.
👤 Dealership managers & their days
We can only work a dealership when our manager contact is there to give us the cars. Click a dealership to edit its managers, address, and the used-car manager’s day off — suggestions, the day picker, and drag-and-drop only allow days that manager is present. Until set, a dealer defaults to its usual visit day.

✉️ Invite a teammate
Create a personal invite link, then email it to the person. When they set a password and join, they show up below as provisional — you approve them to grant access. (The app composes the email for you to send from your own mail app.)
👥 User access
Anyone can create an account, but they can’t see anything until you approve them here. Technicians get a view-only version of the app focused on their own route; owners get everything, including this panel.
